Introducing Aubrie Sutton: The Newest Member of Cosmic Balance Counseling

Every once in a while, someone steps into your professional world and you instantly sense their heart, their presence, and their natural ability to connect. That is exactly what I felt when I met Aubrie Sutton, our new Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern at Cosmic Balance Counseling. My caseload has been full for a while, and I knew that if I brought someone onto the team, it needed to be a clinician whose warmth, authenticity, and dedication matched the level of care our clients deserve. Aubrie is all of that and more.

Aubrie has a deeply relational therapeutic style. She works from a space of genuine connection, building trust slowly and intentionally so clients feel truly seen and understood. And because she is completing her clinical training under my supervision, she is also learning the same DBT-informed, emotionally grounded, client-centered approach that defines Cosmic Balance Counseling.
